Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Panora (the "Software") and getpanora.app, provided by Creavit Studio. By downloading, purchasing or using Panora you agree to them.
License
When you buy a plan you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Panora on Macs you own or control, for the duration of your subscription or, for lifetime plans, indefinitely. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or redistribute the Software.
Purchases
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimer
Panora is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creavit Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
