Mission Control alternative

An overview of every window, in the layout you choose

Mission Control shows all your windows at once, arranged by macOS each time. Panora's overview keeps the arrangement you made: a row or a grid you control, with live previews you can drag, resize and open in place.

Same gesture, a persistent layout

Swipe up with three fingers for the overview and down to go back to 100%. While Panora runs it takes over the three-finger vertical swipe, and gives it back to macOS when it quits.

Do things in the overview

  • →Drag windows to reorder them; the layout stays the same next time
  • →Close, minimize or open a window from the traffic lights on its preview
  • →Rest the pointer on a preview to use the real window without leaving the overview
  • →Start an app right between two windows with the + button

FAQ

Does Panora replace Mission Control? +

It can sit alongside it. While Panora runs, the three-finger vertical swipe opens Panora's overview; your system setting is restored when you quit.
