How to organize windows on Mac without losing track of them
The usual tools (Command-Tab, Mission Control, snapping) help you switch or tile, but windows still pile up. Here is a canvas-first way to keep them organized.
1. Give every window a place
Open Panora and your windows are arranged in a row, vertically centered. Each window keeps its slot; new windows are added next to where they appear.
2. Zoom out instead of switching
Pinch or ⌃-scroll to see everything. Rest the pointer on a window to use it in place, then move away to put it back.
3. Split work into workspaces
Drag windows onto a workspace in the top bar to group them by project. Switch with one click.
4. Only stream what matters
Turn on Live for the windows you want to watch: a build, a chat, a dashboard. The rest show a fresh snapshot each time you zoom out.
FAQ
What's the fastest way to see all open windows on a Mac? +
With Panora, a three-finger swipe up or ⌃⌥Space zooms out to all windows. Without it, Mission Control (F3 or three-finger swipe up) shows them too.
